BugsRadar

Microsoft Teams

Updated 11 October 2026 · BugsRadar team

Alerts are posted into a Teams channel as Adaptive Cards through a Workflows webhook of the channel. You provide the workflow's URL. Microsoft Teams comes with the Business plan.

Steps

  1. In Teams, open the menu (…) of the channel that should receive the errors and choose Workflows.
  2. Pick the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, name the workflow (say, BugsRadar) and press Next.
  3. Check the team and the channel, then press Add workflow.
  4. Copy the URL the workflow shows: it is on logic.azure.com or api.powerplatform.com and contains /workflows/ and /triggers/. Keep it secret: whoever has it can post to the channel. You can read it again later in Workflows → Manage, in the trigger of the workflow.
  5. In BugsRadar, add a Microsoft Teams channel and paste the URL.

Test it

BugsRadar posts a short card to the channel to check the webhook before saving. Press Send test: a test card arrives within seconds. The first real error arrives as a card with the facts and the stack trace; repeats arrive as summaries, since a webhook can't edit a card: see What you receive.

Changing the channel

Credentials can't be edited: to post into another channel, create a workflow for it, add a new Microsoft Teams channel in BugsRadar with that URL and delete the old one. If the workflow is turned off or deleted, BugsRadar turns the channel off and shows the reason: see When a channel fails.
